GBS-Sabre Next Gen Solutions LLC Overview

GBS Solutions Corporation (GBS), an SBA-certified 8(a) small disadvantaged business, and Sabre Systems, LLC (Sabre) formed a joint venture (JV), GBS-Sabre NextGen Solutions, in February 2025.

GBS and Sabre entered into a Mentor-Protégé Agreement in May 2022 pursuant to 13 CFR §125.9, which has been approved by the SBA—Sabre is considered a small business for all JV awards, 8(a) or otherwise.

Our 8(a) small disadvantaged JV leverages decades of Sabre’s stellar reputation, experience, and exceptional past performance with the agility and flexibility of a small business.
