| Managing contact center operations, serving as the single point of contact and handling incidents and service requests; recording customer contacts in ServiceNow as quickly as possible, answering questions, and, if appropriate, resolving incidents and fulfilling service requests. |
| Supporting and administering the Department of the Interior’s Office 365 environment, including O365 applications; SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online; and Azure Active Directory integration as well as end-user technical support and administration, configuration, and governance oversight of the O365 technical services. |
